LEGAL REGULATION OF LOBISM IN UKRAINE THROUGH THE PRISM OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
On the basis of research by well-known scholars and theorists of law, as well as using world practice, the article describes the concept of "lobbyism". The genesis of political lobbying is analyzed. The experience of implementing lobbying in the political system of the United States of America was also explored, and a comparison with Ukrainian experience was made. The urgent questions concerning the necessity of introduction of the aforementioned institute in Ukraine and ways of its approval are considered. The issue of absence of lobbying legislation for 2019 is substantiated.
