EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES IN FIGHT AGAINST ABSENTEEISM: PERSPECTIVES OF ITS SUBMISSION IN UKRAINE

The article considers the main aspects of such a social-political phenomenon as absenteeism and explores the possibility of introducing the experience of foreign countries in overcoming it. The authors analyze the legal acts of different countries, for example, the constitution of Ukraine and Italy is compared. The types of responsibility for non-appearance of election are considered on the example of countries of continental Europe and America. In conclusion, the authors reveal the importance of the institute of responsibility and possible ways to combat absenteeism.
