ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF SUBJECTIVITY OF YOUTH IN SOCIAL POLICY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
The author considers actual problems of dynamics of social-political process in modern Russia. Growth of urgency of participation of youth in the public policy connected with global processes is marked. In the modern world all traditional structure of sociopolitical relations changes. The variety and organizational flexibility become natural features of political systems, and randomness, uncertainty and risk, according to the author, start playing a very significant role in social policy. In the article the author suggests to use the concept "postyouth" in addition to such known scientific concepts as "postmodern" and "postpolicy".
The author pays attention to changes in the social status of youth through connecting dynamics of changes with global sociopolitical and geopolitical processes.
