LEGAL POLICY OF RUSSIA IN THE FIELD OF ORTHODOX EDUCATION AS THE OBLIGATORY ELEMENT OF SPIRITUAL AND MORAL EDUCATION OF THE SOCIETY

The article is devoted to one of the most acute problems of any state ? a problem of correlation of the national religion's priorities and a freedom of worship principle. The author defends a following position: governmental recognition and development of the legal policy of the state in the sphere of education related to religious dogma dominating in the country does not violate the freedom of worship and toleration. These vectors are directed to education of the society in the context of respect and tolerance.
