This article explores the correlation between personal and social systems of values, material and spiritual values. The authors consider the necessity to carry out their systemic re-assessment in new conditions. Authors also carry out comparative analysis of values of the East and the West. These values are integrated into the Azerbaijani society in a new way. Authors also consider the impact of market values on formation of the personality.
