PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN PADA UNIVERSITAS TEKNOLOGI SUMBAWA BERBASIS ANDROID

The library is an agency that provides a wide range of reference and collection of information sources. Sumbawa University of technology (UTS) is a private College that is on Sumbawa district, province of West Nusa Tenggara. This research aims to help develop the information system in the management of library data making it easier for UPT. UTS library in managing data library Provide facilities that can make it easier for students, professors, and employees in the process of information collection, the process of borrowing books, as well as the process of applying for membership in the library of the UTS. This research aims to build an android-based information systems, information systems of libraries at the University of technology of Sumbawa. The system was developed using the PHP programming language using MySql as the database and the studio for the making of android User Interface. A method of software development using the Prototype Model. Software testing is done via black-box testing. The instrument of data collection Techniques on research using observation, interviews, documentation and study of the literature. The end result of this research is the android-based library information system to help the University library data processing technology of Sumbawa.
