PENGARUH HARGA DAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP MINAT BELANJA KONSUMEN DI ALFAMART (STUDI KASUS DI KECAMATAN ALAS DESA BARU)

Abstract
This study aims to find out (1) the effect of prices on consumer spending interest in Alfamart Alas District, (2) the effect of service on consumer shopping interests in Alfamart Alas District, (3) the effect of prices and services on consumer spending interests in Alfamart Alas District. Determination of the sample using Slovin formula which amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analytical tool used is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, (1) there is a significant price effect on consumer spending interest in Alfamart Alas District, (2) there is a significant service influence on consumer spending interest in Alfamart Alas District, (3) there is a significant effect between price and service to consumer shopping interests in Alfamart Alas District. This is indicated by an alpha value of 5% or equal to 0.05.
