TRIPLET PREGNANCY WITH VESICULAR MOLE- A RARE CASE REPORT

Abstract
Here we presented a case of triplet pregnancy with vesicular mole, a condition carrying risk to both mother and fetus, therefore raising an important issue on prenatal care. Mrs. karpagam, 35 yrs old female came with 16 wks of pregnancy ,was admitted in our hospital with ultrasound findings of triplets pregnancy with vesicular mole. She conceived after long period of infertility . It was an IVF conception. Her initial beta HCG was 1,30,100. Because of precious pregnancy , expectant management was sought. Patient developed preeclampsia at 18 weeks of pregnancy. Careful monitoring of Bp and serial evaluation of beta HCG were done .She went into preterm labor at 31 wks of pregnancy. She was delivered an two alive baby, and was followed up regularly in the medical oncology department.
