Abstract
Gestational trophoblastic disease with arteriovenous malformation of uterus is very rare and potentially life threatening condition and should be considered in patient who present with unexplained profuse genital bleeding. An 18 year old female A1, presented with complain of spotting per vaginum for 2 months duration following Dilatation and Curettage performed 4 months back. Reevacuation confirmed vesicular mole and laboratory investigation showed rising beta human chorionic gonadotrophin levels ( beta HCG). Transvaginal sonography and Colour Doppler images showed arteriovenous malformation. These data were consistent with persistent mole.
