Abstract
Ovarian ectopic pregnancy is extremely rare . Here we report a case of a 34 year old para 3 live 3 post puerperal sterilization women admitted with lower abdominal pain with urine pregnancy test positive, clinically diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy along with USG. On laparotomy found to be an ovarian pregnancy confirmed by HPE report.
