Abstract
Evan's Syndrome is a very rare autoimmune disorder in which the body make antibodies that destroy the red blood cells, platelets and white blood cells. Affected individual usually experience thrombocytopenia and coom'b's positive hemolytic anaemia (premature destruction of red blood cells). People with Evan's Syndrome may have low level of all three types of blood cells at one time are may only have problem with one or two of them. The exact cause of this condition is not known it is very rare condition with no ethnic and sex predilection. The exact incidence in pregnancy is not known. so for only eight cases has been reported.
