Abstract
9 Year old male child presented with chief complaints of bilateral leg swelling for 10 days and multiple skin lesions involving face, trunk and extremities. Dermatology and Ophthalmology opinion obtained, which revealed Lentigenes and Ocular Hypertelorism respectively. Growth retardation was present in the form of short stature. Child was diagnosed as a case of LEOPARD Syndrome and treated conservatively. The syndrome is an autosomal dominant inherited condition with a high penetrance and a markedly variable expressivity.
