Abstract
In the result of the present research has been found a general formula for function of charged particles' distribution in the holes in cops-screens of radio electronic means (REM), that appear under the influence of the radioisotope source's energies localized in space and distributed flow. The analytical connection between concentration of the charged particles and non-equilibrium parameter has been established. This connection is defined by the intensity of the radioisotope source, that allows to evaluate the conditions of emerging circuits EMR in the holes in corps-screens of REM depending on the power of EMR.
