Risk factors assessment in oil and gas well development investment projects

Oil and gas wells are a multifunctional complex of a single life cycle system with uncertainties. When designing systems of this type, it is very important to assess all possible risks and their impact on the efficiency of hydrocarbon field development, to develop and implement measures to minimize risks at any stage of the investment project execution. The article systematizes and classifies the main risks at the stage of construction and operation of oil and gas wells, which must be taken into account when analyzing the effectiveness of investment projects (SP) of the oil and gas industry.
