Development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of work of state and non-state structures of support and stimulation of development of small and medium businesses in the territory of the Irkutsk region

This article describes the structure of the scientific research aimed at identifying ways and means of increasing the efficiency of the current system of support for small and medium sized business in the Irkutsk region. The purpose and objectives of this study are indicated, the object and subject of study in this study are displayed. A description is also given of work already completed as part of this study.
