Abstract
The authors of the article analyze the situation of the investigation verification of state?ments and reports of non-violent crimes of a sexual nature against minors committed by un?known person. Taking into account the conditions of these situations the recommendations to develop and check the version about the identity of the subjects of such crimes are given.
