The legal regulation of a highest-ranking official of the subject of the Russian Federation powers in legal order providing

The article is concerned with the foundations of providing legal order by state authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation. The analysis of legal acts and state bodies acts shows some problems in the legal regulation of a highest-ranking official of the subject of the Rus?sian Federation powers in this sphere. A number of suggestions for improving the legislation in this particular area of the state regulation are made on the basis of the main constitutional principles.
