The usage of Personal Video Fixation Results as Essential Part of Real?ization of Unavoidability of Punishment for Traffic Rules Violations

The questions of realization of actions aiming to avoid traffic accidents and to prevent traffic riles violations are depicted in this article. This research analyzes the reasons of increase of traffic rules violations, opportunities to involve the participants of traffic into preventive measures aimed at decrease of accident rate, and also the presence of normative legal acts, letting to realize this principal in practice. The reasons of slight using of video fixing facilities available for participants of traffic in detection of traffic rules violations are studied, and the ways of solving this problem are given.
