Abstract
The article reveals problems of enforcing the Federal law№ 207 issued on November 29, 2012 ?On amending the Criminal code of the Russian Federation and particular legislative acts of the Russian Federation? which differentiated corpus delicti of fraud and provided the proce?dure for initiating criminal proceedings on the given corpus delicti. There were also analyzed the problems of conducting operative and detective activities on the crimes stipulated by the Articles 159.1-159.6 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.
