DEVELOPMENT OF RESOURCES OF THE CASPIAN SEA AND IMPERATIVES OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMY IN KAZAKHSTAN

Development of resources of the Caspian sea is predetermined by potential reserves if hydrocarbons in this region, evaluated differently. Thus, according to the German expert Adolph Matias, about 3.5% of all world oil deposits and 4.3% of planetary gas deposits are concentrated here. A whole range of experts considers that such data is overestimated, although all of them are confident that in the XXI century this region will occupy a considerable place among countries extracting energy resources.
