Abstract
Causing Non traumatic Cerebrospinal Fluid Rhinorrhea with early papilledema which was confirmed with the help of Optical Coherence Tomography. A thecoperitoneal shunt was done for the patient and on follow up the papilledema was found to be resolved. Optical Coherence Tomography was a useful adjunct in assessing early papilledema and its resolution in this case.
