On Historical Primacy in the Labour Law: All-Russian and Moscow directions

Abstract
The article presents a number of conceptual conclusions, including critical, according to the historiographical research of the Russian labour law and its science, in the sense of primacy of the famous scientists. In particular, denied (with justification) the published opinions that the L.S. Tal was the sole founder of the All-Russian, Petersburg and Moscow schools of labour law.
