Abstract
We report the case of a 29-year-old gentleman with an adrenocorticotrophic hormone (ACTH) producing bronchial carcinoid. The diagnosis posed a challenge as the patient presented with Cushingoid symptoms despite medical management with no obvious ectopic ACTH-producing tumour. Newer imaging techniques such as Gallium 68 DOTA have been reported to be more sensitive in the diagnosis of these tumours.
