Qualification of crimes in the economic sphere

The article examines the elements and signs of some crimes in the sphere of economic activity (illegal business, legalization of the money or other property acquired in the criminal way, production, storage, transportation and sale of counterfeit money or securities, evasion of taxes and collecting) and also considers questions of qualification of these crimes taking into account explanations of Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and legal precedents.
