For solving economical sustainability problem and integrating China's economy to the world “One Road One Belt Project” developed to find alternative trade partners, markets for Chinese products, forming new and alternative transportation channels, but by the time Project transformed as Chinese Leaders called “Two One Hundred Years Project” which aims being hegemon power, creating a big Pax Sinica area and even governing all the world. At the 2049 China will celebrate first centennial of establishing of the People Republic of China and up to that time Chinese Leader dreaming to construct new world order which are sharing “ Common Destiny” and chasing in behind of same ideas. Definitely, new world order needs multi trillion Dollars financial burdens in which China seen has amount and volunteer to spend.
