Abstract
The growth of debt in sub-federal budgets has increased the relevance of assessing debt sustainability. The article discusses the indicators of debt sustainability, established in Recommendations for the conduct of responsible debt / debt policy by the subjects of the Russian Federation on the example of the Volgograd region.
