Abstract
This article deals with the problem of managing the joint property in the conditions of dominating paternalism. The main points of the theory of intersubjective management could help to organize owners and government relations and interaction in such a way that responsibility would be distributed between people and top management. It would help not to be afraid of decision making and actions consequences
