Abstract
The modern pedagogical process is mainly based on teaching students basic sciences and subjects for the most part. The development of rather valuable personal qualities of each student is minimized. Therefore, it is proposed to supplement traditional educational scheme with a subject-oriented approach based on the theory of intersubjective management, and with a new vision focused on teaching students to make decisions in life situations, applying the knowledge gained at the university. The theory of intersubjective management considers actors as people with unique sets of personal qualities that are worth paying attention to. New approach has opportunity to be implanted without destroying the traditional educational scheme adopted at technical universities
