Abstract
This study investigated the mechanism of toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) in up-regulating autophagy-related protein and matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9), MMP14 expression in THP-1 macrophages which were stimulated by Extracellular Matrix Metalloproteinase Inducer (EMMPRIN). So that exploring its importance in the progression of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD).
