Legal bases of relationships of state institutions and religious associations in the Russian Federation

The article outlines the main documents providing the legal regulation of relations between the state and religious associations in the Russian Federation. Various regulatory legal acts in this area were studied, and the specificity of relations between state institutions and religious associations in the framework of the regulatory and legal sphere of activity was partially considered, not highlighting any of the confessions, but leaving everything impersonal. This paper examines religious associations and their status in various branches of law in the Russian Federation.
