Abstract
In my article I want to describe the history of the origin and development of yoga. Great attention was paid to the 6 schools of Darshan. The main idea of the article is that yoga is a way to the spirit, as well as a system of methods of working with the body and mind to achieve the ultimate goal — reunification with the spirit, the disclosure of the soul.
