The status of patrimonial rights of the Bashkirs from the 30s of the XVIII century

This article deals with the problem of the state of patrimonial rights of the Bashkirs since the 1930s. in the XVIII century. The author suggested that from the 30s. XVIII century. shifts in the socio-economic development of the country inevitably pushed the government to serious changes in the agrarian policy on the territory of the region. The idea is substantiated that this twofold process reached particular aggravation in the 30s — 90s of the 18th century, when the government interested in a wider development of the Bashkir lands made significant changes to the former land laws in force in Bashkiria. Considerable attention is paid to the decree of the Senate of February 11, 1736, which resolved the problem of alienation of the Bashkir lands, which was prohibited by the Council Code of 1649, and became an important source. Although the decree is of great importance in the development of the Bashkir region, in the development of its productive forces, introduced many new things in the relationship between landowners and parks, but a lot of confusion led to the land issue.
