Placement in a specialized educational institution of closed type as a coercive measure of educational influence for minors

The article deals with the measures of influence on a minor convicted, not related to deprivation of liberty, also provides statistical data on the application of coercive measures to this category of persons. Also, in some cases, the placement of non-adult convicts in specialized educational institutions of the closed type is the only measure of their successful re-socialization, so we propose to change the wording of article 92 of the criminal code.
