PRACTICE OF FORMING AND DEVELOPING THE STARTUP COMPANIES IN TERMS OF GLOBALIZATION

The globalization process is inseparably associated with the development of innovative infrastructure where the startup companies are of great importance that are at the research stage of perspective markets. It is shown in the work that the lowest effective management of the innovative sphere is caused by a state policy failure resulting in the slow speed of innovative process and weak link between its stages. The recommendations for increasing the productivity of innovative activity are suggested, the conclusions are drawn.
