THE APPLICATION CHARACTERISTICS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TERMINOLOGY IN PROFESSIONALLY ORIENTED TEXTS ON PSYCHOLOGY

The terminological units function in narrowly specialized term system, determining also the structural, semantic and functional features. The carried-out analysis is used for preparation of a course in the professionally oriented English of "Psychology" specialty and upon developing the English psychological terminological dictionary. The lexical terms deduced from modern psychological literature, lexicographic editions, textbooks, manuals in English served as material of research.
