FORMATION OF THE POLYLINGUAL PERSONALITY AS PRIORITY OF MODERN EDUCATIONAL POLICY OF KAZAKHSTAN

The necessity of mastering by several languages in the multi-ethnic and multi-religious state of Kazakhstan is considered in this article. The research objective consists in describing the ways and methods of forming the polylingual and multicultural personality. The strategy of education of the polylingual personality is defined in the Concept of development of education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2015. As a result of implementation of the Trinity of Languages project in educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan the system of learning of the Kazakh, Russian and English languages is elaborated. The Trinity of languages ? is the evidence of competitiveness of the country.
