Abstract
In this paper, we propose a hardware Trojan detection method based in which both the combinational Trojan and Sequential Trojan are detected using 90nm technology by decomposing the design into blocks. By comparing the Leakage and Total power values consumed by both the design with and without the presence of the Hardware Trojans we can identify the presence of the hardware Trojans. If the measurement noise gets high it masks or hides the Trojan which leads to a wrong decision. So by taking the measurement noise under consideration we classify those power values by using PCA approach.
