Abstract
Indonesia has a great potential in healthcare industry. Sixty percent of healthcare organizations worldwide have implemented Internet of Things (IoT) in their supporting devices. This paper aims to select an improvement design in healthcare services supported by internet of things. We calculated the decision priority of healthcare services alternatives using Analytic Network Process (ANP). The decision priority will then be used, in addition to implementation constraints, as a constraint in ZOGP method to choose which healthcare services alternatives that will be implemented. Drug dispensing system and drug storage-distribution systems supported by IoT are the two chosen alternatives. The two alternatives are modeled in Business Process Modeling & Notation (BPMN) to investigate how much the healthcare services has improved compared to the current condition.
