New pedagogy of higher professional education

The article considers a new approach to the organization of the educational process of higher professional education. Which is based on the change of pedagogical methods and teaching methods, which will require changes in the assessment of students knowledge. The assessment is supposed to determine the level of formation of professionally significant competencies.
