Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the effect of the collective ambition, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Performance of women's cooperatives in East Java, Indonesia. The population consists of all the women cooperative managers who are members of Puskowanjati (East Java Women's Cooperative Asosiation).
