Abstract
River restoration are one of the effort on the degraded river caused by humen activies with the puspore of restoring river function. Restoration of river morphology and water quality are an evaluation of perticular river segment that was restored by reviewing variables of river morphology and water quality pre and post the restoration. The purpose of the river restoration are to analyze simulation model of river restoration of morphology and water quality of Ciliwung River pre and post restoration. The research location are Ciliwung River of Istiqlal Mosque Segmen with lenght of 470 meters. The method that were used in this research are observation, measuring, and laboratorium test for water geometric and quality parameter. Analysis of morphology and water quality is using Storet Method. Analysis of simulation model was using Hec ras 5.0.7. the result of the simulation model shows that there are the flood water level had been decrease for 27.35% five years after river restoration. Morphology restoration to the design flood volume for return periods of 5 years, 10 years and 50 years had reduce the level of flood water level on the restoration segment on average of 12.86% for 5 years return period, 22.21% for 10 years return period, and 47.61% for 50 years eturn period. River restoration to the water quality had effecting the decreasing of parameters of TSS for 35%, TDS for 32%, BOD for 34% and DO had increase to 25%. River morphology restoration had decreasing the flood volume significantly for a long term period.
