THE EFFECT OF HUMANITARIAN FACTORS UPON TEACHING PERFORMANCE IN PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES

The study shows that the means of faculty members performance in all three dimensions regardless educational qualifications, Position in the university and experience is above the theoretical mean which means that the performance of faculty members meet the satisfaction level in teaching performance. This result may be due to some professional and social factors which influences the teaching performance especially in private universities. The researchers interpreted the significant differences among the variable is due to the qualifications, experiences and position in the university, which affects the teaching performance
