ESSENTIAL OF BIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS TOWARDS RESEARCHER USING SIMPLE AND PARALLEL MEDIATION

Assessing the psychological effects of doctoral students towards research is the major problem of this research. Psychological effects towards research have various proportions. Understanding the essential attitudes of the students towards research would conduit the fissure among the mentor and his ward. Measuring the feelings and identify the areas that required to be tackled is the want of the hour to get answer to diverse problems of doctoral students. This study intends to assess the psychological effects towards research using simple and parallel mediation among the doctoral students and locate different dimensions. Also, aims to find different factors that have inclined the students to join doctoral program. Obtaining adequate awareness to carry forward the research is a key aspect in the research progress without any pressure. This research also classifies the areas that need trainings at diverse levels for the scholars to convene the requirements to absolute the program successfully. The methodology to bring forward this study is a self-developed questionnaire to evaluate the psychological effects towards research using simple mediation and parallel mediation model.
