Abstract
This article discusses the relevance of implementing a CRM system to standardize the work of employees with customers and automate the operations required for this. The functional capabilities of CRM systems are considered both for the company as a whole and for its individual business processes, the effectiveness of which directly depends on successful communication with customers.
