Economic security of modern instruments of remote bank services

The paper proves that the implementation of a customer-oriented approach in a modern commercial bank requires the introduction of new digital banking innovations. Chatbots, being an object of close attention and permanent development of large Russian banks, have advantages, disadvantages, features of functionality, actualize the problem of economic security of the bank.
