Abstract
This article studies the problem of the body's readiness to perform repeated muscle activity. We examined the main criteria that must be taken into account in order to achieve maximum accuracy in the study of this problem. A study was conducted, where masters of sports in cycling and young people aged 16-18 took part. This sample allowed us to study athletes of a higher level and people who do not play sports professionally. Based on this, we came to the conclusion that the level of change in morphological indicators and physiological functions and the dynamics of the process of their recovery depends on age, magnitude of the load and state of fitness.
