Abstract
It is noted that there is a necessity for improving the inquiry in the reduced form. It is capable to im- prove significantly the efficiency of procedural agencies action of preliminary investigation and judiciary system, to ensure the prompt protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the natural and legal persons who were the crime victims.
