UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILD AS THE FUNDAMENTAL DOCUMENT IN CREATING RIGHTS OF THE CHILD

He international protection of the rights of the child represents a system of mutually agreed actions of the state and non-governmental international organizations aimed at developing and ensuring the rights of the child for formation of the complete and harmonic personality. The goal of our work is the investigation of the Convention of the rights of the child as one of the main mechanisms of ensuring the rights of the child. It is the single international document, which joined all previous experience of rulemaking and the new ideas of protection of the rights of the child.
