Abstract
In this article, the author considers the topical issues of legal regulation of prevention of drug offences under the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, suggesting about further measures of improving the legislation in this sphere according to the approved concept of criminal policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
