TRAINING OF FUTURE TEACHERS FOR VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE WORK

The problem of training future teachers for vocational guidance work is considered in this article. Based on different scientific research results on vocational guidance work, the approaches to defining the concept of "vocational guidance" and system of vocational guidance work, the criteria of teacher readiness to organizing vocational guidance are suggested. The program of the elective course named "Theories and Principles of vocational guidance work" and practical direction on organizing and carrying out vocational guidance work are proposed.
